Women Behaving Badly - The Suffragettes
London's Suffragettes. In the years running up to World War One, a mother and her daughters grabbed the starched collared world of male-dominated Edwardian London and shook it to its core, by getting violent. The Suffragettes rallied, rushed, smashed and finally bombed their way into the voting booths. A walk that makes you furious with modern young women who can't be bothered to vote. Temple to Trafalgar Square.
